TBRA
Flyers will receive a wristband allowing access to the launch pads, and at this time may proceed to Flight Registration to pay the daily flight fee and obtain flight card(s).
Spectators
Non flying personnel accompanying the minor must register as spectators.
Minor Flyers
All spectators must read and sign the TBRA Release of Liability. If accompanied by one or more minors, the Minor Release must also be completed.
Each spectator will receive a wristband allowing access up to the flight line area, but not the launch pads. This wristband must be worn at all times on the launch site property. Anyone leaving the site prior to completion of the launch event must sign out at the Field Registration tent.
All adult flyer must present proof of valid membership in either NAR or TRA.
Minor flyers must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will complete the minor Release.
This requirement may be waived if the minor is a member of an organized youth or school group, accompanied by an adult leader. The group leader will be responsible for producing signed copies of the Minor Release, and will remain responsible for the minor at all times.
In case of an Emergency Situation on the scout reservation, we are required to be able to account for all personnel attending a TBRA launch event. To meet this requirement, everyone will need to sign in at the Field Registration Tent after arriving at the field. In addition, anyone leaving the site prior to completion of the launch event must sign out at Field Registration.
Registration

The Minor will receive a wristband allowing access to the low power pad area only. At this time the minor may proceed to Flight Registration.
This wristband must be worn at all times while on the reservation property.
This wristband must be worn the entire time while on the reservation property.
Adult Flyers
All adult flyers must read and sign the TBRA Release of Liability. If accompanied by one or more minors, the Minor Release must also be completed.
