​​1. Attendees
No person exhibiting the symptoms of COVID-19 will be permitted to attend a TTRA Launch Event. 
No person living within the same household with anyone diagnosed with or exhibiting symptoms will be permitted to attend a TTRA Launch Event.
All attendees at the Launch Site will maintain Social Distancing procedures as outlined below. 
Attendees should carry personal/hand sanitizer when using the restroom facility. 
Persons who are 65 years of age or older should not attend a TTRA Launch Event.
Persons with underlying conditions or a compromised immune system should not attend a TTRA Launch Event. If in doubt, stay at home.
Pets should be left at home, as they may be able to transmit the Coronavirus to each other or to humans.

2. Eligibility
Eligible participants include current members of TTRA, as well as non-members who are current members in good standing of Tripoli Rocketry Association and/or the National Association of Rocketry. Spectators will be permitted, however spectators are subject to the same policies on Social Distancing and Protective Equipment as participants. 
New memberships and renewals will not be conducted at this time. Memberships due for renewal in January 2020 will be extended until further notice. Memberships renewed in January or February 2020 will have an extension added at a time to be determined.
Groups are not currently permitted to attend a TTRA Launch Event.
The current minimum age of attendees in six (6) years of age, regardless of membership status.
Any person exhibiting visible signs of illness will be required to leave the Launch Site.

Parking and Prep Area 
All attendees, including spectators will maintain a minimum distance of six (6) feet between vehicles.
Participants will maintain a minimum distance of six (6) feet between each prep area.

Personal Protective Equipment
All attendees, including spectators, are responsible for providing their on sanitation and protective equipment. TTRA will have a limited amount of sanitizer and gloves for use by volunteers.
Masks will be worn at all times when within 10 feet of the registration and Launch Control areas. Social Distancing will also be maintained in this area. Attendees who repeatedly disregard these policies will be required to leave the Launch Site.
TTRA volunteers who interact with attendees should wear protective masks and gloves during their entire duty shift.

Attendee Check-in 
All attendees, to include participants, vendors, and spectators, are required to check-in and complete a sign-in log, to include name, valid telephone number, home city and zip code. This information will not be released to the public, but will be released to Health Dept. officials in any attendee tests positive or is  diagnosed with COVID-19 after attending a TTRA Launch Event.This information will allow health dept. officials to contact other attendees.
Any person declining to complete the sign-in log will be required to leave the Launch Site.

Protective Mask Guidelines

Do not wear an N95 or P100 type respirator mask at the launch site. These types of masks will quickly result in overheating the wearer.
Face coverings/masks go hand-in-hand with Social Distancing. The mask will not be used in lieu of maintaining the proper distance.
The mask will cover the chin, mouth and nose. Wearing the mask below the nose defeats the purpose.
While in your own prep area, remove the mask to allow yourself to cool down.
When walking out to recover a rocket, the mask must be worn in the vicinity of the prep areas, flightline, and pad areas. Once you clear the pad area, remove the mask to avoid over heating. Replace the mask when re-entering the flightline area.

TTRA Responsibilities
TTRA shall post signs at the registration and safety check stations, restroom facility, and pad areas to inform all attendees of the Social Distancing and mask policy.
TTRA officials shall continuously monitor and observe attendees for signs of illness.
TTRA shall arrange all volunteer stations such that volunteers may maintain a minimum 6-foot distance.
TTRA officials shall disinfect all common use launch equipment by spraying, wiping, etc, after setup, periodically during use, and prior to tear-down. 
TTRA shall provide disinfecting supplies to volunteers to apply to high touch surfaces, such as tables, launch controller, and pad assignment board. 
TTRA officials shall periodically disinfect all common touch surfaces in the restroom facility.

Flyer Responsibilities
Flyers will not be accompanied at the launch pad without Pad Manager Permission.
Flyers will practice Social Distancing while socializing on the flightline.
Flyers will not socialize in groups of more than five (5) persons.
Flyers shall not congregate or hang out at the registration table(s), LCO station, or any other volunteer station.
Flyers should regularly disinfect/sanitize their work spaces such as tables, coolers, tools, rockets, etc.
Flyers should not allow others to handle rockets or items of a personal nature such as phones, keys, etc.

Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors shall provide safe, manageable area to interact with customers. Vendors should provide a single area for customer access. 
Vendors should not allow customers to pick up or otherwise handle merchandise. 
Vendors should use electronic transactions where possible to reduce the handling/exchange of money.

Spectator Responsibilities
Spectators shall maintain Social Distancing at all times. 
Spectators shall wear protective masks at all times except in their own parking/shade area. 
Spectators shall not proceed beyond the flight line at any time.
Spectators shall not approach within six (6) feet of any prep area with out the owners permission. 

TTRA will implement the following procedures designed to protect the health of all persons attending a launch event. Failure to follow these procedures may result in being asked to leave the site. These procedures will remain in effect until new guidance is issued by national, state, county, and/or local government officials.
